Went in with loud grinding noise under hood. They duplicated the problem and replaced the cooling fan assembly.

No one approached us in the lot. We walked around looking for a truck I saw online. Finally we walked in the building and found it. Maria, although busy with another couple, asked us what we needed and then told us she would be with us shortly. Maria did a wonderful job. Apparently they were short-handed. Only one finance lady, Kim. She was great as well. We were there for about 6 and a half hours. Until about 8:30 pm. We arrived at roughly 2 pm.
Did not seen mom to care about the excessive wear on my 1 year old vehicle. Should be a manufacturing defect.
Excellent service!! Immediately checked in. Immediately went to work on my vehicle even though I was about 30 minutes early. Did everything I requested and was on the road in less than an hour. Best service i have experienced at any dealer including other Chevrolet dealers in the area.
