The final option is a 3.0-liter inline-six turbodiesel, which brings 277 horsepower and 460 lb.-ft. of torque to the party. The turbodiesel is available for all models except for the Z71, that’s exclusively gas-powered.
Although not technically classified as a full-blown luxury SUV, the top 2024 Suburban trim levels come impressively equipped with standard features, and the High Country is a luxury model in all but name. Retail buyers will likely look further up the trim levels than the base model to get a larger 10.2-inch infotainment system, a premium Bose sound system, and a 12-inch digital Driver Information Center as part of the standard specification. The High Country model, on the other hand, does a credible impression of an opulent luxury offering with standard features that include a 15-inch color head-up display, Magnetic Ride Control suspension, perforated leather upholstery, heated and ventilated front seats, a power-programmable hands-free liftgate, and other amenities.
